Readings

• 1 Tm 3:14-16  Know how to behave in Church, household of God, pillar of truth.  God is manifested, vindicated, seen, proclaimed, believed in, taken up.

• Ps 111:1-2, 3-4, 5-6  "How great are the works of the Lord!"  Thank the Lord, forever just, gracious, merciful, mindful of covenant....

• Lk 7:31-35  You're like children who call, "We played flute; you didn't dance.  We sang a dirge; you didn't weep."  John the Baptist came; you said, "He's possessed."  Son of Man came; you said, "A friend of tax collectors and sinners."  But wisdom is vindicated by all her children.
