September 28, 2013: Saturday, 25th week, Ordinary Time
Readings
- Zec 2:5-9, 14-15a Zechariah saw man measuring Jerusalem. Angel: “People will live in Jerusalem as though in open country. Lord comes to dwell among you. Many shall be his people."
- Jer 31:10, 11-12ab, 13 "The Lord will guard us as a shepherd guards his flock." Lord gathers, ransoms Israel. They'll come to Lord’s blessings, make merry. I'll turn their mourning into joy.
- Lk 9:43b-45 Jesus: “Son of Man is to be handed over.” They didn't understand and were afraid to ask.
